Renovations and New Homes
The staff and management of SteelCore builders have renovated and built numerous single family homes, in the Bay Area, since 1987. The projects have ranged from room additions and ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units) to the addition of new floors, relocation of loadbearing walls and expansion of the interior living space to new construction from ground up.

We offer our clients old world craftsmanship and over 40 years of working experience with Architects, Engineers, Interior designers, and regulatory authorities in various jurisdictions. With these capabilities, the project is developed more substantially, navigating the permitting process more rapidly, and constructed with discipline and efficiency.
